From Burgundy to the Loire, from the Jura to the Canary Islands, including beautiful vertical tastings of Ulysse Collin champagnes, each bottle has been chosen to interact with the dish, prolong the emotion, or simply accompany a moment.
Dîner à 4 mains exceptionnel
Mardi 16 juin
Le mardi 16 juin au dîner, nous aurons le plaisir d'accueillir le chef étoilé Mitsunobu Nagae, à la tête du restaurant L’Abeille à New York, pour une soirée gastronomique unique aux côtés de notre chef Camille Saint-M’leux.
Ensemble, ils ont imaginé un menu inédit à quatre mains, fruit de la rencontre entre deux sensibilités culinaires, deux parcours et deux visions de la gastronomie. Une expérience éphémère, pensée exclusivement pour cette soirée, qui mettra à l'honneur la créativité, la précision et le partage.
